At Customize Your Trucks Marketplace, we want you to shop with confidence. Because we are a multi-vendor platform, warranty coverage for products varies by brand, vendor, and product type. Please review the warranty details below before making your purchase.

General Warranty Guidelines

• Marketplace Warranty: Our platform does not provide a universal warranty on products. Warranty coverage is determined by the individual vendor or manufacturer.
• New Parts: Many new parts are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty or by the vendor. Warranty terms (length, coverage, exclusions) can be found on the product listing or upon request.
• Used Parts: All used parts are sold as-is and do not include a warranty, unless specifically stated in the product description.
• Vendor-Specific Warranty: Certain vendors (e.g., AXE Wheels, SD Wheel, Turn5) have their own warranty processes. Please refer to the product page or contact us for vendor-specific details.
• Warranty Claims: To initiate a claim, please contact us at contact@customizeyourtrucks.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the vendor or manufacturer on your behalf.
• Required Documentation: Most warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos of the defect or issue.

Vendor-Specific Warranty Notes

• AXE Wheels: Warranty claims require photos of the issue. AXE reviews each claim and, if approved, a replacement is provided. The dealer (us) pays upfront for the replacement and is refunded after approval. All AXE warranty claims must go through Customize Your Trucks Marketplace.
• SD Wheel Wholesale: Warranty terms and coverage are provided by SD Wheel and follow their standard policies. Contact us for assistance with claims.
• Turn5 (AmericanTrucks, ExtremeTerrain, Ecklers): Warranty coverage and terms vary by brand and product. Please refer to the product listing or contact us for details.
• The Wheel Group (TWG): Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer. Please reach out for specific warranty details on TWG products.
• Other Vendors: Warranty coverage, if available, will be noted on the product page or provided upon request.

Limitations & Exclusions

• Used Parts: No warranty unless otherwise stated.
• Improper Installation or Use: Warranties are void if products are damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• Consequential Damages: Vendors and manufacturers are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product failure.
