    Browse products by category or search for specific parts. Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
  • Can I buy from multiple sellers in one order?
    Yes! Our marketplace lets you shop from multiple vendors in a single transaction. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by seller.
  • How do I know if a part fits my truck?
    Each product listing includes compatibility details by year, make, and model. If you’re unsure, use the "Message Seller” feature or contact us for help.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can also view order status in your account dashboard.
  • Is my payment information secure?
    Yes. All payments are processed through secure, industry-standard gateways and your data is protected.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How long will shipping take?
    Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by vendor and product type, but typically range from 3–10 business days. Oversized or freight items may take longer.
  • Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
    Contact us immediately at contact@customizeyourtrucks.com if you need to update your address. Changes may not be possible once an order is shipped.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • What if my order is lost or damaged?
    Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Keep all packaging and take photos—we’ll work with the vendor to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy?
    Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days. Used parts are final sale unless defective. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
  • How do I start a return?
    Email contact@customizeyourtrucks.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and authorization.
  • When will I get my refund?
    Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after
