At Customize Your Trucks Marketplace, we work with a range of trusted vendors to deliver your truck parts and accessories as quickly and reliably as possible. Shipping terms may vary depending on the seller, product type, and your delivery location. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

General Shipping Information

  • Carriers: Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Some oversized or freight shipments may use alternative carriers.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted after your order is placed, depending on the vendor. Some vendors offer free shipping or flat-rate shipping on select items.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by product and vendor. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days. Oversized, freight, or custom items may take longer.

Vendor-Specific Shipping Notes

  • SD Wheel Wholesale: Offers direct dropshipping to customers (no commercial address required), live inventory feeds, and quarterly updates. Free mounting and balancing on select items. Split shipments are possible.
  • Turn5 (AmericanTrucks, ExtremeTerrain, Ecklers): Orders must ship to a commercial address (no direct dropship to residential customers). Some items may require you to stock inventory. Oversized/freight items may incur additional fees.
  • AXE Wheels: Confirm stock (≤8 units), batch shipping available, Zelle preferred for payment. Shipping terms follow vendor guidelines.
  • The Wheel Group (TWG): Flat rates apply ($25/$53 per wheel, $200 per pallet). Confirm rates for oversized or special shipments.
  • Other Vendors: Shipping methods and costs may vary. Please refer to product listings or contact us for details.

Order Issues & Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@customizeyourtrucks.com. Keep all packaging and take photos for faster resolution.
  • Incorrect Deliveries: If you receive the wrong item, notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or return.
